Sex invention and gender
Abstract
Sex inversion is a condition where a person phenotypically looks like one sex, but genetically he has a different sex.
Sex inversion is a pan-ethnic and genetically heterogeneous disease belonging to the nosological group of gonadal dysgenesis.
This article presents the etiology and mechanism of the occurrence of sex inversion, gives the general clinical characteristics of inversion with 46XY karyotypes. The article gives definitions of psychological and gender sex, and also notes the importance of determining the psychological and gender identity of patients with sex inversion during their treatment and correction.
