Bioethical issues of the organization of neonatal screening
Abstract
The article presents bioethical principles and requirements in the implementation of the organi-zational stage of the state program for neonatal screening in Azerbaijan. An important informational support to the population on understanding the goals of neonatal screening from the perspective of preventing hereditary metabolic diseases and child-hood disabling pathology is indicated.
