The goal of the study: To study the level of vita-min D in girls with general and genital infantilism. Material and Methods: 70 girls with general and genital infantilism were examined. Vitamin D levels were determined using “Finecare” tests in blood serum with previous work out in a centrifuge. Results: It was found that the indicator of vitamin D in girls with general infantilism (hypogonadotropic hypogonadism) was 12.02 ± 0.82 ng / ml, with genital infantilism (hypergonadotropic hypogonadism) - 15.27 ± 2.1 ng / ml, genital infantilism (normogona-dotropic hypogonadism ) - 14.29 ± 0.87 ng / ml, which corresponded to the presence of vitamin D defici-ency. The conducted pathogenetic therapy of general and genital infantilism made it possible to signifi-cantly increase the indicators of this vitamin in the blood serum.
