The role of the uselessness of the scar in the uterus in premature births

Abstract

Premature birth remains a serious unresolved problem in modern obstetrics. Women with a scarred uterus after undergoing CS are still highly likely to have a subsequent pregnancy, while most of them have uncomplicated pregnancies, which leads to live births on time. Pregnant women with uterine scars may undergo vaginal delivery. However, vaginal delivery after CS remains a controversial topic: there is insufficient reliable data that could help doctors and women in labor determine the best option for delivery during subsequent pregnancy. There are many factors that affect the impossibility of delivery, more attention should be paid to all aspects of the examination and the method of application should be chosen strictly in accordance with the indications.
