Abstract

The aim of this study was to determited early preclinical immunological markers in pregnant women with chronic hypertension. In 27 pregnant women with chronic hypertension (basic group) and 50 healthy pregnant women (control group) was studyes plasma levels of twelve natural autoantibodies. The levels of autoantibodies throughout pregnancy were analyzed with an ELISA assay. The levels of В-2QP, ANCA, KIM-05, TG autoantibodies increase during pregnancy in women with chronic hypertension. Chronic hypertension against immunosuppression occurs more than 3 times higher as compared with healthy pregnant. В-2QP and ANCA autoantibodies levels and the overall immune status depence on the duration of hypertensive disorders. Immunological forecast proves to be true clinically in 85,1% of cases.
