Aim of the current research is forecast atopic dermatitis formation based upon estimation of Mucosal intestinal secretion condition since first days in postnatal period. In neonatal period together with routine analyses in deoxygenated blood serum, taken by method of immune ferment analyses on 1-3 days after birth, we define levels of MUC-2 and ITF that in their turn reflect barrier condition of intestinal secretion. There were examined 414 full-term newborns with gestation age in 37-42 weeks. Hyper secretion of goblet cells exposed in high concentration of MUC-2 since first days of life allows assume of infringement intestinal Mucosal barrier under influence of perinatal risk factors in formation of atopic dermatitis at the next stages of ontogenesis. Obvious changes of MUC-2 level in compare to ITF data in atopic dermatitis reveal bigger sensitivity of the first component in intestinal barrier under infringement affection in antenatal period. These MUC-2 data are to be considered as biomarkers of forecast atopic dermatitis development in atopic prepossessed children.
