Abstract

Physiological delivery after cesarean section is a relevant problem in obstetrics. Aim of investigation: to assess the condition of the uterine scar after a previous cesarean section in pregnant women and, depending on the condition of the scar, choose the optimal method of delivery. In the period of 33-36 weeks of gestation, 29 pregnant women with a uterine scar underwent clinical and anamnestic, objective examination of the scar and instrumental examination (ultrasound (ultrasound) and cardiotocography (CTG)). The examined patients have clinically established the presence of a full scar on the uterus. Among the examined patients, all (29 women) gave birth on time. After delivery, the condition of the scar assessed as normal in all the examined patients. Six women participating in the study underwent a hysteroscopic examination of the uterine cavity. The study confirmed the presence of a complete scar on the uterus.
