Abstract

In the article, on the basis of literary data, issues of etiology and pathogenesis of chorionic detach-ment in early pregnancy are covered, ultrasound diagnosis of retrochorial hematomas is considered in detail. On the basis of the detected echographic data, prognostically unfavorable factors with respect to spontaneous abortion are evaluated.
