Features of hormonal changes in women of reproductive period with secondary hypothyroidism and hyperandrogenism.

Abstract

The purpose of the study: the study of hormonal changes in women of the reproductive period withsecondary hypothyroidism and hyperandrogenism. The study included 46 women with pathology of the thyroid gland - hypothyroidism. Of these, 35 had primary hypothyroidism, 11 – secondary hypothyroidism. Were studied the peculiarities
of hormonal changes in 11 patients with secondary hypothyroidism. A study was conducted on all hormones in women with secondary hypothyroidism and with hyperandrogenism syndrome. The concentrtions of blood follicle-stimulating (FSH), luteinic hormone (LH), the ratio LH /FSH, thyroid stimulating (TSH), prolactin, estradiol (E2), estrone (E1), total testosterone, dehydroandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-C), cortisol (K), 17-hydroxyprogesterone (17-OPG), free triiodothyronine (T3c), free thyroxine (FreeT4), globulin binding sex hormone (SHBG), ann antimullerian hormone were detected. According to a study in women with secondary hypothyroidism and hyperandrosis syndrome the following chnges were revealed: decrease TSH (0.66 ± 0.03 mIU / ml), E2 (51.9 ± 4.9 ng / ml), T3 free (1.6 ± 0.07 pg / ml), T4bind (0.66 ± 0.03 ng / dl), SHBG (53.55 ± 1.5 nmol / l), increase in LH (14.8 ± 0.76 mIU /ml), LH / FSH (2.6 ± 0.13), prolactin (22.5 ± 1.53 ng / ml), E1 (112 ± 9.0 ng / ml), 17-OPG (1.3 ± 0.07 ng / ml), T (2.25 ± 0.09 ng / ml), K (155.27 ± 15.7 ng / ml), DHEA-C (3.75 ± 0.3 pg / ml), AMH (7.51 ± 0.84 ng /ml)
