Abstract

This study shows the eff ectiveness of cesarean myomectomy. According to research, it can be concluded that cesarean myomectomy provides
symptom relief and improved quality of life in aff ected women and eliminates the risks of myoma-induced complications in puerperium. Myomectomy during cesarean section also reduces the risk of complications such as premature birth, dystocia or uterine atony in subsequent pregnancies. All other parameters with the exception of the size of myomas ( gravidity, parity and week of gestation) had no impact on myomectomy results .
