Abstract

In the article, the authors examined the causes of IVF reccurent fails and described the use of modern technologies in eliminating immune-related miscarriages. The authors gave a brief description of the processes occurring during pregnancy disorders of immune origin and commented on the essence of the proposed new method. The study included 51 women who had repeated unsuccessful IVF of immune origin. They describe the examinations carried out to confirm the failure of IVF. To eliminate the unsuccessful consequences of IVF, a modern progressive method was used - macrophage; successful IVF results were achieved in all women. The fact of pregnancy was confirmed by the detection of macrophages and hCG on the 14th day after the macrophage and IVF procedure. The macrophage procedure was proposed by the authors as the most effective method for recurrent failed IVF of immune origin at present. It is necesssary to continue research works in this direction.
